1. Requirement: 

1.1 Bachelor degree in Architecture, with registered Architecture Engineer license is preferable.

1.2 Above 5 years of experience for chemical / industrial / commercial facility planning and design. 

1.3 Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code.

1.4 Good command at English. 

1.5 Good AutoCAD skills.

1.6 Highly independent and proactive mentality.

1.7 Positive attitude and interpersonal skill.


2. Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

2.1 To prepare conceptual and basic engineering packages.

2.2 To monitor and supervise detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes (CDI). 

2.3 To support procurement activities.

2.4 Field engineering support.

2.5 To support cost estimate for total investment.
