岗位职责
任职资格：
1. 本科或以上学历,建筑学专业。
2. 有大型教育项目、综合体项目设计经验。
3. 8-10年以上建筑设计经验. 具有项目相关方案扩初和施工图设计经验(注册一级建筑师优先) 。
4. 优秀的英语听、说、读、写水平。
5. 良好的人际沟通能力,优秀的设计及表现能力,较强的口头及书面语言表达能力。
6. 能熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketchup等专业设计软件。
7. 熟悉中国建筑设计工作操作流程。
8. 有外企工作经验或与外籍设计师合作经验者更佳。
9. 诚实、谦逊、有责任心，工作中具有创造力、主动性和团队合作精神。
