一、 岗位职责 1、 招投标工作 a) 负责各省市交易平台备案及CA锁、电子印章等执行及管理工作; b) 资格预审、商务标书制作、投标、开标等基本商务文件的拟写。协助市场总监、市场经理进行基本商务文件的拟写,提高文件的正确性及准确性; c) 合同确认后的内部流转工作; 2、 项目辅助工作 a) 建立现行项目运作登记以保证公司内部项目运作的有序清晰; b) 负责市场部对外发出的文件进行归类存档,随时掌握设计过程中发生的变化的查阅; c) 负责公司市场部合同流转、登记、编号及归档工作; d) 负责公司落实和根据项目进行中各阶段的审批流程类工作; e) 负责公司技术章管理工作; 3、 市场部辅助工作 a) 负责市场部内勤工作:包含但不限于考勤、快递、报销、市场经理开票协助、图文制作费协助、市场部活动组织等工作;
