岗位职责
岗位职责：
1. Be familiar with the IP contents and operating rules of international themed entertainment projects.
熟悉国际主题娱乐项目的IP内容及运作规则。
2. Ability to complete creative works independently (or lead a team) for themed entertainment projects from conceptual design, schematic design, to detail design phases, including control the quality of creative design of oneself and the team, and promptly handle all aspects of problems that arise in internal work at each stage.
可以独立（或带领团队）完成主题娱乐项目的创意概念、方案和深化设计等阶段的具体工作；把控自身或团队各阶段的创意设计质量，及时处理各阶段内部工作出现的各方面问题。
3. Ability to coordinate, follow-up, and manage design projects and obtain design confirmations from international IP owners and domestic investors, as well as give project reports to local government during the project design and implementation phases.
可以独立协调、跟进并处理项目创意设计和实施过程中需要进行的国际IP持有人的设计确认，国内投资人的设计确认和向政府等进行必要的汇报等工作。
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1. Graduated from art/design major, with strong art appreciation and fashion perception.
艺术/设计类专业毕业，较强的艺术鉴赏力和时尚的感知力。
2. At Least 5 years of creative design experience in international themed entertainment IP projects with complete design portfolio.
具有5年以上国际主题娱乐IP项目的创意设计经验和完整的设计案例。
3. Strong hands-on ability, skillfully operating design and drawing software, and have the ability to independently complete creative design of international IP themed projects.
动手能力强，能熟练操作相关设计和绘图软件，具有独立完成一个国际IP项目创意设计的工作能力。
